American Lloyd Travel Services, established in 1933, is a leading corporate and leisure travel agency in Singapore, and is part of the Sampoerna Group of Companies.

We employ over 30 staff in various areas of our operation who are all committed to providing an exemplary level of service to our customers.

We are accredited members of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) & National Association of Travel Agents, Singapore (NATAS) and an appointed ticketing agent for major Airline.

We offer personalised travel services by assigning a Sales Manager and a team of experienced Travel Consultants to manage your travel requirements.

Our team of experienced Travel & Tour Consultants is equipped with a Travel Reservation System that enables us to provide immediate booking response on flights, cars and hotels worldwide, thus facilitating reservations in all aspects of an itinerary.


Profile Management
We maintain a database of customer profiles and individual travel preferences. (i.e. seating choice, meal request, frequent flyer membership numbers … etc.)


Emergency Services

Should there be a need for urgent travel arrangements after office hours or on weekends, our Consultant on duty can be easily contacted.
